Hydrothol 191 granular is effective on most submerged aquatic plants and algae. A forty pound pail will cover approximately 6,500 square feet or 65'x100'. Hydrothol 191 is very easy to apply. Applications are made by spreading the granules using a hand held spreader, scoop, or by throwing the granules out by hand. There is no mixing necessary.
