Shipping & Delivery
Orders received M-F will be shipped within 48 hours. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following week. If an item that is ordered is not in stock we will contact you and let you know when we plan on having it in stock or if a substitute product is available.

Returns & Replacements
Returns subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returned items must have factory seal in place. Lake Management reserves the right to approve or deny any returns.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment is due prior to item shipping. All prices listed on the website are current.

We gladly accept Visa and Mastercard. If you would like to pay by another means, please contact our office at 651-433-3283 for options.
Viewing Orders
If you sign up for an account you will be able to log back in and view your order. If you choose not to sign up for an account than you will not be able to log back in and check the status of your order.
Updating Account Information
Once you place an order, you cannot change the billing or shipping address that you used. Please contact us immediately if something has changed. If items have already shipped, we will not be able to make changes.
